After researching rotators, I ended up with this great Labnet type. The head-over-tail motion is great as well as the custom rotator for 1.5 ml/2.0 ml Eppies. So much better than those that go around like a Ferris wheel (in terms of capacity and flexibility of use). Also, being able to tilt it for a different angle of rotation is nice sometimes, too, to be able to put the rotator in at a 90 angle to the first option. Also great is the ability to do 15 ml or 50 ml conical tubes with just a 5 second rotor switch out (maybe not sold by amazon.com?). I love this little thing. Just can't figure out why it costs so darn much for a little rotating motor. At least it is designed really thoughtfully.
