Ok guys the instructions are not that clear about how to turn of the equipment, they just say turn clockwise wise for on, and anti-clockwise for off. But when I just got it, I almost return it because the on/off switch didnt work.to use the switch you turn it in the direction you want, but slighlty pushing down. As ophtalmoscope/otoscope is works prefectly, i like the filters, and even the lens changes for bind people like me that hates using this type of equipment with glasses on. It just takes time to figure out the german engineering.
