Pros:

-88,000+ chips supported. I think it is largest number of devices supported on a single programmer.
-Software is easy to use and packed with features.
-Excellent tech support and free software with regular device updates
-144 pin driver programmer with wide range of socket adapters
- Standalone programming ( I no longer need PC for programming)

Cons:

- Compact flash card not included with purchase and had to pay extra $20 for getting it.
