This is an excellent harness, a little heavy, but 100' up it feels fine. I wish I had known that it needed a 6414N-MBK body positioning belt, the harness can't be worn without one. If you aren't fat, stick with the small/medium harness, I am 5'11" 165lbs and I have alot of excess strap material. The positioning belt is the oposite, I bought a medium and with a coat on, I should have bought a large. The positioning belt was an additional $50.00, so I have $260.00 total in this rig. Very comfortable. I also picked up the optional tool pouch with hammer ring (snaps on the pivot point)very stable.
