Pneumatic 76 Series casters have Patented Kingpinless single ball bearing precision machined raceway hardened to 53 Rockwell C minimum. Lube fittings for swivel bearings and wheel bearings. RWM’s Pneumatic casters are designed for applications that require a cushioned ride, including but not limited to carts and trucks carrying sensitive materials and parts, glass, ceramics, electronics, chemicals, sound and lighting equipment, movie production equipment (i.e.: cameras), etc. Pneumatic casters are also useful on uneven floors and outdoor environments.

I bought this expensive ($139) caster because of the load rating of 480 lbs. When I got it I noticed that the tire load rating is only 352 lbs. I contacted RWM customer service and they have so far chosen to ignore me. Unless I get a satisfactory explanation, I may be returning this product.

Update. RWM has agreed to replace the wheel with the correct tire on it. I will update when this is all done.

Update. The correct tire and wheel finally arrived. Apparently they were out of stock on the correct tire so someone decided to supply the incorrect tire on the original order. I upgraded this review to 4 stars. Vicki at RWM was very helpful. I now have a tire rated at 475 lbs. on a caster rated at 480 lbs.
