This is an outstanding product with excellent support. I would recommend it with the following suggestions. Upgrade the camera to a 9MP camera that runs on windows 7. You may want to get the microscope without the camera and add it on. The camera that comes with this package (3MP) will not run in Windows 7 without some modifications to windows 7 (not recommended). The optics, mechanics and overall performance are all very good. There needs to be a better case offered, I ended up with a pelican case (1920) which is large and heavy but good for field work. Support came within hours of a question and was resolved within 24hours.
