I have owned a Waterwise distiller since the mid 90's. First a countertop model then the 7000. I have owned the 7000 since 2000. With the exception of a few parts that have just worn or burnt out after 12 years it has been used nonstop. We couldn't be happier with their products. My husband is handy so he replaced the parts himself. They are quick to ship the replacement parts and are very helpful with repairs. They will also repair it for you if you are unable. Their customer service has been fantastic to deal with and all their products are reliable and made very well. The only note is that because they use heat to distill we keep it in the basement and pump it to our fridge and sink. We did not want to feel the heat in the summer months.
