The ColorMouse allows me to sit upright at the computer, with the book and ColorMouse in my lap, and read at almost the speed of normal speech. If the print's a little small, I just click an icon to increase the magnification. Click another button to get white print on a black background (my personal preference).

The price is a bit stiff, but compared to quality magnifiers with their own monitors, it's a bargain. Even if you have to go to a larger computer monitor to use the ColorMouse effectively, it's still way cheaper than a comparable self-contained system.
