I got these on sale for cheap. Using them for long term storage of 'high-octane' nicotine solution for making my own ecig liquid. (Which in my case really is medicinal - the nicotine helps more than ginkgo biloba ever did for the cognitive and memory aspects of my disability (Fibromyalgia) - and FAR cheap to boot!)

When screwing on one of the caps, the cap broke.
I called Qorpak directly via their website and they're going to send a few extra caps. They're even going to send a couple poly-cone caps that I had asked about. So excellent service there.

Mini-rant:
For the life of me I can't figure out why companies don't automatically include extra caps. I've now bought 2 cases of different glass bottles in my life, and in each case there was one cap that broke. It would save the hassle of having to call the company - or for later down the road, having to order more caps from places that want to charge ridiculous/insane shipping charges just for caps.

I saw this hose on Amazon while searching for some quality air hose and got it on a killer deal. It doesn't have any fittings and the pictures clearly show it as bulk hose. I figured out how to put 5/16 inch hose barb fittings into the hose as they don't restrict the flow as much as 1/4 inch barbs; I had to find the correct crimp ferrules for the larger barbs, but they are available. I also put heavy heat shrink on each end for about a foot to act as strain reliefs. I made up one hose that gets run over by trucks a forklift on occasion and it really holds up well, especially compared to the cheap Chinese junk from the discount importer; if you are reading this, you know what I mean. This Goodyear hose is about the same OD as most 3/8 inch hose because of the greater wall thickness. The pretty yellow (safety yellow?) color will probably won't stay bright long as it is nitrile rubber that tends to pick up dirt as it gets dragged along the ground. But that is exactly what I want in an air hose, something I can abuse and not have to repair it all the time.
