I picked up a 205i last spring to do some work on an old full size Cherokee trail rig I ma building. Mainly because it will run on 110volts or 220 with a change of plugs, or home made adapter like I did.

I was mainly after a plasma, but for the price why not have all three (tig, stick,and plasma)?

On 110 volts mine gets...........
27 amps on the plasma cutter. Good for 3/8" steel, maybe 1/2" if you have it set up just right. I have cut 1/2" with it but it is slow and crap cut on 110.
86 amps on stick, burns a 3/32 6011 rod real good. Good penetration, nice even burn for 6011 rod.

On 220 volts.......
51 amp plasma. I have cut 7/8" plate with it. Slow but hey.......... thats some heavy stuff.

200 amps for the stick. Heaviest rod I have used with it is 5/32 @ ~140 amps. Wide open it blows about 3/4 of the way through that piece of 7/8 plate.

Can't say on the tig yet, I havent got around to picking up some argon. It did come with a foot pedal for tig though. Most these machines dont.

So far I am pretty impressed with it for a hobby/odd job machine. As long as it holds up I will have no problem recommending them. May even upgrade to their "WeldAll" line that has AC so I can weld aluminum in a couple years.

Another year down, still going strong. Only thing I have noticed is it will get "hot" when cutting on 110V for long periods. I believe its a duty cycle issue on 110V, even though there are no duty cycles listed for 110V
It starts cutting like poo, and acting like its not getting enough power. After it cools for a while it will be fine again.
Leaving the post flow wide open helps very little.

It does not do this on 220V, and cuts a lot faster/heavier as well.
Going from 110 to 220V does not double the performance, it does a lot more than that.
On 110V I have cut 1/4" steel, its slow but can do it.
On 220V, 3/4" steel cuts about the same as 1/4 did on 110.

Very happy with this unit, for the price.
