I've used this welder daily for over 3 years and gone through several hundred pounds of wire, while only needing contact tips and other ware parts.
Great power, stable arc, and love the features of burn back adjustment, spot timers, etc. The 16 voltage taps are nice compared to some of the competitions lesser adjustability. Welds great on aluminum with the spool gun attachment as well. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another one of these for use in my shop, and I will be soon!
I used to weld 'Blue', but I've now been converted to a Thermal arc supporter with how awesome my machine has been through the years.
