Everlast MTS160 Welder Review

I started out with a Harbor Freight 110v MIG welder which did OK but I soon outgrew it and wanted something that could weld longer before it needed to cool and something that could weld thicker metal too. I looked at a number of different products from different manufacturers and discovered these MIG welders that could also do what is called TIG welding. I like the fact that I can now turn to TIG welding when welding thin material and for performing more intricate welds.

The Everlast MTS160 welder has a nice digital display with infinite control over both wire speed and voltage to get the best welds and it also has what is called arc force control which is what I use when I want to adjust between a soft weld and a hard deep weld.

The consumables last quite a long time and are pretty cheap too. I just order them from the Internet. There are a lot of suppliers. You can't go wrong getting this welder.
