None of the local vendors in my area had this tool available and Amazon did, with free 2 day shipping with prime. Price was also cheaper than local places. This tool is amazing. It has done thousands of cuts for us on the job and is able to fit in tight places. The biggest size wire we cut was 750 kcmil and it went through like butter, but the machine specs say it can go up to 1000 kcmil. One charge can make many cuts and you have another battery on hand to use while the other charges. It comes in a great carry case to protect it from the elements of a construction site. We also had the other model from Greenlee, the open mouth type, but that one was night mare. There is definitely a design flaw with the open mouth type. This one is the way to go. I also like the fact that it has a reverse option and you can use it with one hand operation as advertised.
