This head lamp has proven to be very useful in my office and in surgery; if anything, I discovered that I may need to acquire a second set of loupes, with greater focal distance (about 50 cm.) and more power (4-5X). The only complaint: the adapter didn't work. I'm waiting for the replacement. It's supposed to have been sent today.
