I use this product at work and when it's working it is a very nice device. However, it has extremely poor battery life and doesn't even want to turn-on if the batteries are less than 3/4 full. You need high-capacity NiMH batteries and I'd highly recommend removing them as soon as you are done with it and charging them in a separate smart charger. Even then you'll be lucky to get an hour of use out of the thing.
