I have 1/8" braided nylon cord in 50' lengths that I bought at Lowes for around $6.40 each. So imagine my delight at finding 600' of 1/8" braided nylon cord on sale for $22.43 delivered.

I received the roll of cord this afternoon. I was puzzled by the light weight of the roll of nylon cord inside the box, until I saw the size. The cord I received measures a bit over 1/16" and less than 1/8". If the cord had been marked correctly it would have been marked as 1/16" nylon cord.

I don't know what possible use anyone would have for this cord. To me, it is not cord but string. Maybe it is kite string?

I bought this expensive ($139) caster because of the load rating of 480 lbs. When I got it I noticed that the tire load rating is only 352 lbs. I contacted RWM customer service and they have so far chosen to ignore me. Unless I get a satisfactory explanation, I may be returning this product.

Update. RWM has agreed to replace the wheel with the correct tire on it. I will update when this is all done.

Update. The correct tire and wheel finally arrived. Apparently they were out of stock on the correct tire so someone decided to supply the incorrect tire on the original order. I upgraded this review to 4 stars. Vicki at RWM was very helpful. I now have a tire rated at 475 lbs. on a caster rated at 480 lbs.

Awesome price. Because some filters are SO expensive, I try to buy the largest ones I can find and then be economical about plotting out how to trim them down to the exact size I need, so I am not using them for 11cm filtration equipment.. But they are exactly as the seller described, in sealed packaging, and extremely cost effective. Since I try to stretch my equipment by buying the biggest filters and then trimming them into smaller sizes myself, this pack will last me forever.

Product Description

The 4140 alloy steel rectangular bar has been cold finished and annealed, has an unpolished (mill) surface, meets American Society for Testing and Materials International ASTM A29 specifications, and has a standard tolerance. The 4140 alloy steel grade contains chromium and molybdenum for high strength and has good machinability. This material can be heat treated for higher hardness. The bar has been cold finished, a process of removing the outer layer to achieve the specified dimensions. The material has been annealed, a method of heating and cooling metal to modify its properties, such as increasing its formability and toughness or decreasing its strength, after it has been shaped.

Steel is an iron alloy with carbon and other elements that modify the steel to achieve specific properties. This machine is so solid I am converting it to CNC immediately!

It is very similar to the Grizzly G9729 model and some Shop Fox machines I have used but has more features then other machines in this class and boasts tight tolerances. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I was shocked as to how far my money went - I got more than I expected! This proves that sometimes you don't have to pay more to get more.

Everything is VERY solid and what one would expect from a precision machine. The fact you can run the mill and lathe at the same time is a real plus!

First I have to say the customer service is great over at Bolton. The shipping was the fastest I have ever gotten from any type of company. The lathe performs better than I thought it would, great cuts and accurate. The bad, the shipping crate it was shipped in sucks and caused some scratching of the lathe. The fit and finish isn't great but for me the way the machine performance made up for the little things.
