This Florida Pneumatic FP-797 is absolutely absurd in the best way.

We had a couple of axle nuts that were completely rusted onto the rear axles of a VW 411. Neither budged with our 480ft/lb 1/2" drive impact gun. Then we tried penetrating oil. We tried a propane torch. We heated it to red hot with an oxy-acetylene torch. We tried a 4' breaker bar (and bent it).

Then we got this thing.

We had to brace the axle with a 4' piece of 1" rebar and when we hit it with this thing it knocked the nut off like it was tightened by my grandma while also knocking a 1/2" deep divot in the concrete floor where the end of the rebar was. We thought "we must have loosened it with all that previous heating, impacting, and breaker-barring". Nope. It knocked the other one off the same way, and we hadn't gotten to that one yet.

And that was before we had a proper air feed for it and had to use 1/4" fittings!

Now that we have a proper 1/2" line with 1/2" couplers, it's running at full-tilt and it's borderline frightening to use.

It's glorious. You'll be searching for things to impact with it.
