The quality of Quiet Time ear plugs had obviously gone way down, and I noticed that the noise reduction rating had been lowered from 33 to 31 decibels. I e-mailed the company to complain, and they suggested I return the poor-quality earplugs for a refund. They also said that they were going back to their old supplier, and they sent me some of the good-old 33-decibel ear plugs at no charge. Pretty good customer service.
