I have to commend OMAX on its after-sales service. After I noticed that I had lost a rubber foot on my recently acquired Microscope, I wrote to OMAX requesting a replacement. No questions asked, the salesman (Kelvin) immediately offered to send a replacement - even after he found out that it needed to be sent halfway across the world! It arrived today - thank you very much Kelvin at OMAX. P.S. I am enjoying my Microscope immensely.
