I originally was hesitant to purchase the tri-ocular stereo microscope on line due to considerations of quality. I bought the microscope because a customer brought one to the office and was surprised by the substantially better quality than expected. The microscope and camera arrived on time. The camera software installation disk was cracked during installation and OMAX was contacted for additional software and operation manual downloads. They replied promptly. The software was easy to install on both 32 bit and 64 bit XP/win7 machines, and worked perfectly. The software is easy to use as well for the camera.
