This is a heavy duty cart. It has nice smooth edges, no sharp corners or welds to catch things on. You have to bolt the wheels to the platform. One set of wheels swivels and the other set is fixed. The wheels have a soft rubber on them, it rolls nice and smooth and doesn't "click" over every crack or joint in the floor. The handle will slide into either end of the platform. The whole thing is very heavy duty. Lots of bracing underneath the platform. Really nice looking welds. The bends on the handle had some sharp aluminum on it, looks like it might be from the manufacturing process. We took the belt sander to them and smoothed them out. This is a high quality, nice cart.
