I have owned a Waterwise distiller since the mid 90's. First a countertop model then the 7000. I have owned the 7000 since 2000. With the exception of a few parts that have just worn or burnt out after 12 years it has been used nonstop. We couldn't be happier with their products. My husband is handy so he replaced the parts himself. They are quick to ship the replacement parts and are very helpful with repairs. They will also repair it for you if you are unable. Their customer service has been fantastic to deal with and all their products are reliable and made very well. The only note is that because they use heat to distill we keep it in the basement and pump it to our fridge and sink. We did not want to feel the heat in the summer months.

This is an outstanding product with excellent support. I would recommend it with the following suggestions. Upgrade the camera to a 9MP camera that runs on windows 7. You may want to get the microscope without the camera and add it on. The camera that comes with this package (3MP) will not run in Windows 7 without some modifications to windows 7 (not recommended). The optics, mechanics and overall performance are all very good. There needs to be a better case offered, I ended up with a pelican case (1920) which is large and heavy but good for field work. Support came within hours of a question and was resolved within 24hours.

If and when you succeed in that, you may not have clearance to pump the long ratcheting handle to cinch the cutting chain down to cut the pipe. Unfortunately, the ratchet teeth are too coarse for tight quarters, but you can work around this problem by unscrewing the stock handle, which is a 3-foot length of 3/4-inch galvanized pipe, and screwing into the tool socket a shorter threaded pipe nipple--whatever length will fit within your work space--with a 45-degree elbow on the end. Then screw the original handle, or a shorter threaded nipple, into the elbow, creating a convenient swiveling handle that works in cramped quarters.

This extremely thick wall SS pipe enabled me to easily weld up a replacement while improving exhaust flow (and theoretical power increase) since I went one step larger in diameter than stock. I had to put a slight bend in the pipe like the original one and it had no problem bending with a hydraulic press to the exact angle I required. Now I have a stainless steel exhaust system that will outlive me.

Used it on metal ballusters for a stairway, each cartridge was enough to do 6-8ballusters (tob and bottom) with the holes drilled per the instructions. (Some revierers report they were getting 12-15, ballusters per cartridge hard to see how that could be done). Works great, doesn't drip, self mixing, railing is stronger than ever.

Orgain shakes are a great product. A meal replacement for someone in a hurry, great for taking to the gym. Nutricity, however, seems to be the used car salesman of Amazon. The offer clearly reads that you are buying 'X' number of "Value Bulk Multi-packs." In my case I ordered 4 for $49.95. The description further describes the "Value Bulk Multi-pack" as containing 3 units. The unit as described by the offer is a 4/11oz. pack of the beverage. Nutricity sent me 1 "Value Multi Value-pack" containing 3 units, each unit being a four pack of 11 oz. beverages. When I called Amazon to question this I was told that they would write the seller on my behalf and get this sorted out. This just did not happen. The seller has responded that "this order was for a 12-pack of individual 11 oz. containers" and that I have received the item as advertised. This is nonsense. That is not what the page says. I have now had to file a claim with Amazon and will have to wait while their investigators sort this out. Please, do yourself a favor. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NUTRICITY.
